You can choose one of the 2 ways responsibilities:

Your responsibilities (for PM path carrier):

• activity and resource planning

• organizing and motivating a project team,

• controlling time management,

• cost estimating and developing the budget,

• ensuring customer satisfaction,

• analyzing and managing project risk,

• monitoring progress,

• managing reports and necessary documentation,

Your responsibilities (for QA path carrier):

• performing manual tests according to test plans

• managing reports and necessary documentation,

• monitoring progress,

• communicating bugs and potential solutions to the team,

• ensuring customer satisfaction

Salary:

junior: 3010-5000 PLN gross (only on-site work)

mid: 5000-7000 PLN gross (only on-site work)
