HR Recruiter

You have the opportunity to acquire recruiter skills in 2-3 months. We will provide all the necessary tools and knowledge. We only require predisposition and openness to learning in the HR field.

Your tasks:

• building a recruitment pipeline (via social media 👍),
• taking care of company recruitment ads 📈,
• creating a candidate's profile 🤓 (together with💰 our team)
• screenings and interviews with candidates 🎤,
• participation in the automated recruitment process (ATS 🤖),

Attractive salary based on your experience 💰:

• intern/junior: 3010 - 4000 gross (only on-site work)
• mid: 4000 - 7000 gross (only on-site work)

Recruitment will consist of performing a creative test task.

• fluent knowledge of the English language (B2 or C1),
• good communication skills,
• patience to learn complex topics,
